Pilot setup incomplete: Add privacy contact and retention details before inviting external users.
Snapsite IQ is a private worksite pilot. An invited account can record names, attendance, job times, site photos, safety documents and handwritten signatures. Your company supervisor manages access to its jobs and records. Photo records can include an entered or camera-derived capture date separately from the upload date.
Feedback you submit records your message, username, screen, an optional accessible job reference and browser details. Company supervisors can review company feedback; the app owner support account can review feedback across companies, including tester workspaces. Screen contents and photos are not automatically attached. Setup-guide progress and dismissal are stored for your supervisor account.
Progress photos and their captions are automatically sent for background AI analysis to prepare observations for later SWMS drafts. Site photos and task descriptions submitted to Ask Site AI are sent to the configured AI provider to generate a draft assessment. Avoid including unnecessary personal details in photos or prompts. The pilot stores job records and uploads on its hosted service.
Access, correction or deletion requests: Ask your company administrator for the privacy contact.
Retention and deletion: Ask your company administrator for the current retention and deletion periods.
Do not rely on an AI-generated SWMS until workers and a competent supervisor have reviewed the actual job and site and signed the document.
